Refund Policy


Refunds will be initiated instantly and processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
•    The call is not conducted due to technical issues on the platform's side.
•    The Creator fails to show up for the call or does not actively participate without justification.


Refunds will not be issued if:
•    The User violates the Terms and Conditions, leading to their removal from the call.
•    The User fails to meet the technical requirements for participating in the call.
•    The Creator does not show up due to unforeseen circumstances but refunds a percentage of the Creator Fee as outlined in a separate agreement with the Creator.


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Users:
    Once session is purchased, Users cannot cancel their participation in a live call before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellation by Mavenbloc.com:
    •    Mavenbloc.com reserves the right to cancel a live call due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.
    •    In the event of a cancellation by Mavenbloc.com, users will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the cancelled live call without any process.
  3. Refund for Cancellation by Platform Process:
    •    Refunds for cancellations will be initiated instantly upon approval and processed within 7 working days.
    •    Users must contact Mavenbloc.com at support@mavenbloc.com to request a cancellation and refund.
  4. Cancellation Policy Changes:
    •    Mavenbloc.com reserves the right to update the cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes.


The platform may update these Terms periodically by posting the updated version on the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these updates.
