These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the guidelines for your participation as both a User and a Creator on our platform.
*1. Definitions* *Call:* A live video interaction between a Creator and a group of Users on the platform. *Content:* Any information, data, text, graphics, audio, video, or other material uploaded to or displayed on the platform. *Intellectual Property:* Patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
*2. User Agreement* By accessing and using the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the platform.
*3. User Accounts* To create an account on the platform, you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
*4. Content and Conduct* You are solely responsible for all Content you upload or submit to the platform. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform. Prohibited activities include engaging in harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethnically offensive behavior. Sexual misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
*5. Fees and Payments* Users may be charged a fee to participate in calls ("Call Fee"). Creators may set their own fees for calls ("Creator Fee"). The platform employs a third-party payment processor. Additional charges and payment policies may apply.
*6. Intellectual Property* You retain ownership of all Content you create and upload to the platform. By uploading Content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Content for the purpose of providing platform services. Users may choose not to have their face displayed during a call. If consent is given, the Creator may use a recording of the call for promotional purposes, blurring the User's face if requested.
*7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability* The platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
*8. Termination* The platform reserves the right to terminate your account or limit your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, particularly if you violate Indian laws, regulations, or these Terms.
*9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution* These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
*10. Entire Agreement* These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform regarding your use of the platform.

*12. Cancellation Policy:* * Cancellation by Users
a. Once session is purchased, Users cannot cancel their participation in a live call before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.

a. Mavenbloc.com reserves the right to cancel a live call due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.
b. In the event of a cancellation by Mavenbloc.com, users will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the cancelled live call without any process.
* Refund for Cancellation by Platform Process
a. Refunds for cancellations will be initiated instantly upon approval and processed within 7 working days.
b. Users must contact Mavenbloc.com at support@mavenbloc.com to request a cancellation and refund.
* Cancellation Policy Changes
Mavenbloc.com reserves the right to update the cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes.
